Studio Policy

Refund after session/class begins: Refunds will not be offered after a session/class begins. Unused classes are not transferable for use in other classes, workshops or sessions.

Refund before session/class begins: If a student chooses to cancel after registering, but before attending their first class, a $10.00 processing fee will be applied.

Exception: If a medical condition or injury prevents you from completing your session, we will offer a pro-rated refund. A doctor's note stating why the condition affects your participation in the remaining sessions will be required. A processing fee of $10.00 will be applied.

Loss: Trena's Studio of Dance is not responsible for any loss or damage of belongings or injury while on the premises, or while traveling to or from classes.

Cancelled and/or Postponed Class: Trena's Studio reserves the right to cancel any advertised class if registration is inadequate. Classes postponed due to inclement weather or instructor illness will be rescheduled

Sharing/Transferring: Class packages are only intended for the purchaser’s use and may not be shared. However, you may transfer your unused remaining classes to another individual. A transfer fee of $10.00 is applicable.
